This policy applies to all projects and products of Kingline Press, including but not limited to Ledex, an E-Commerce Platform Powered by Kingline Press LTD.
2. Cancellation Policy
2.1 Digital Products
- Orders for digital products (e.g., Subscriptions, Product purchases) can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund less transaction charges.
- No cancellations will be accepted after a digital product / service has been accessed or downloaded.
2.2 Physical Products
- Orders for physical products (e.g., printed books, electronics, merchandise) can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided the order has not yet been shipped.
- If the order has already been shipped, please refer to our Return Policy below.
3. Refund Policy
3.1 Digital Products
- Refunds for digital products will only be issued if the cancellation request is received within 24 hours of purchase and the product has not been accessed or downloaded.
- Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of approval.
3.2 Physical Products
- Refunds for physical products will be issued if the product is returned in its original condition within 30 days of receipt.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.
- Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned product.
4. How to Request a Refund or Cancellation

If you need to return a physical product, our customer service team will provide you with return instructions and the return address.
5. Exceptions
- Customized or personalized products are non-refundable unless they are defective or incorrect.
- Clearance or final sale items are non-refundable.

Kingline Press reserves the right to modify this refund and cancellation policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will be effective immediately upon posting.
